What is Counselling?
People seek counselling for a number of reasons. These might include;

People may seek counselling to gain additional support for a number of life issues. Counselling ensures that people will be offered a non-judgmental environment in which their personal issues can safely be explored. Counselling provides individuals with;

Counselling is a purposeful and private conversation aimed at empowering individuals. Counselling is a client lead process where the individual is believed to be the expert in their own life.
